Production Timeline

Gift box orders ship within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll get a notification when shipped.

For orders of six or more boxes or semi-custom boxes, production may take longer. For precise timelines or rush production (limited availability), contact us at hello@oakcitygifts.com or 888-908-0837.

For Next Day/Priority Mail received before 9 AM EST Mon-Thurs, we aim to ship the same day but can't guarantee it.

Production timelines above don't include transit time, which can vary due to shipping method, carrier delays, and seasonal volume.

Shipping

Standard, Rush, & International Shipping

We provide shipping via UPS, USPS, or DHL (international only) to street addresses only (no PO boxes). FedEx is available for custom orders but is not offered online. 

At checkout, you'll see all shipping options, including expedited ones. We handle customs paperwork for international orders at no extra charge.

Please note, while we don't include invoices in any shipment, they will appear on the external customs paperwork for international orders and cannot legally be omitted.

Guaranteed Delivery Dates

We strive for timely production, but due to factors beyond our control, especially shipping delays, we can't guarantee specific arrival dates. The shipping timelines at checkout are estimates from the carrier and may vary.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the artisanal quality of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your gift box arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

Substitutions & Replacements

If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will automatically replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value. No other substitutions or changes are permitted.

Instructions for Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Our checkout system makes it really easy to ship gift boxes (with our without custom gift messages) to multiple addresses, all while only having to checkout once! To do so, simply follow these quick steps:

If none of your shipments have a gift note, or if all recipients get the same gift note: 

View Cart

To access the multiple address option, click the cart icon at the top right of any page or select "View Cart" after adding your last item. Do not click "Checkout" as it bypasses this option.

Click on Ship to Multiple Addresses

Above your order summary on the right side of the cart page, click "Ship to Multiple Addresses", which will take you to a new page.

Assign a Quantity per Shipment

In the Quantity column, you'll see the total number of each product and any gift note below the product name. Use the drop-down to determine how many gifts go to the first address; the remaining quantity will populate in additional rows. 


If the same gift note applies to all, it'll appear in each row as you divide the quantity.

Assign Each Shipment an Address 

For each gift box row, assign a shipment address using the drop-down arrow by "Select from Saved Address". If logged into your Oak City Gifts account, previous addresses will show; otherwise, select "New Address" and fill out the pop-up fields. Repeat for each shipment.


Click "Checkout", choose a shipping method per shipment, and proceed with payment details to finalize your order.

If you're sending shipments with gift notes specific to each recipient:
