Should you wish to include a gift message, we offer two complimentary options:
1) We engrave it: We ship the gift box with a laser engraved notecard on black cardstock inside a linen envelope; or,
2) Handwritten by you: We ship the gift box with a blank linen paper notecard inside a linen envelope.
To include either option, simply select the checkbox next to Include Gift Note? located to the left of the gift box icon at the top of the page. You can then either enter your message (up to 150 characters) for a laser engraved gift note, or type "blank card" if you'd like to handwrite your own message. The notecard and envelope are included on the outside of the gift box for easy access.
For those ordering multiple gift boxes at one time and wanting to include a different gift message for each:
Add the gift boxes to your cart one-at-a-time, customizing your gift message prior to doing so each time. You can then easily specify different shipping addresses for each box during checkout.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses: Our checkout system makes it really easy to ship gift boxes (with our without custom gift messages) to multiple addresses, all while only having to checkout once! Refer to this page for quick step-by-step instructions.
Standard, Rush, & International Shipping: We offer shipping anywhere that UPS, FedEx, and USPS deliver. At the time of checkout, all available shipping options will be displayed. (We have preferred shipping rates with UPS, so that will typically be your least expensive option.)
Timeline: We make each gift box to order, with most curated gift boxes shipping within 1-3 business days. Orders of six or more curated gift boxes, as well as all semi-custom gift boxes, require more production time. Please note that this does not include transit time, which varies by carrier and shipping method.

Guaranteed Delivery Dates: While we do our best to be timely with production, there are many variables outside of our control, particularly in terms of unexpected shipping delays. Therefore, we unfortunately are not able to guarantee arrival on or by a specific date.

Due to the artisan nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, while we take great care to ensure your gift arrives in pristine condition, in the unlikely event your gift box arrives in unsatisfactory condition please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can rectify the situation.
